JOB SUMMARY

Ad On Group a well-established, Australian-based Advertising and Marketing company, we are looking for a responsible Account and Administrative Support person to join our growing team in Cagayan de Oro City. Performing a variety of administrative tasks to provide support to our team.

As an Accounts and Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision. Work could include, but is not limited to, data entry, customer service, email management, mixed media marketing, basic accounts, both verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management. Responsibilities include cultivating client relationships, strategic planning for business growth, addressing concerns and providing sales support, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams. improvement.
  • Social Media & Marketing Management: Set up and maintain various platforms. Manage accounts and oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization. Report and analyze campaign results.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry, process information, and maintain databases. Utilize CRM software for data sorting, filtering, and updates.
  • Administrative Support: Execute various administrative duties, aid daily operations, and respond to emails. Collaborate to achieve objectives and maintain open communication with clients and teams.
  • Compliance and Software Use: Follow company rules and maintain strict confidentiality. Diligently use required software and tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficient in online tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sheets.
  • Experience in Administrative tasks or in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities with a focus on prioritization.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Confident in direct communication with clients and customers.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with complex procedures and guidelines.
  • Adheres to the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing or a related field.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to learn new products and processes.
  • Understanding or experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Facebook is advantageous but not required.
